Due to the overwhelming response to ICEM 2026, with an exceptional number of conference registrations and Gala Dinner ticket purchases, the Gala Dinner has now reached full capacity. Unfortunately, no additional Gala Dinner tickets are available, including for participants completing a conference registration from this point onwards. Participants registering from this point onwards will be placed on a waiting list in the event that tickets become available due to cancellations. REGISTRATION INCLUDES
Full Conference Fee: One paper registration, attendance of all the sessions, lunches, coffee-breaks, Welcome Reception and Gala Dinner.
Student Fee: Attendance of all the sessions, lunches, coffee-breaks, Welcome Reception and Gala Dinner.
IEEE Life Member Fee: Attendance of all the sessions, lunches, coffee-breaks, Welcome Reception and Gala Dinner.
Accompanying Person Fee: Lunches, Welcome Reception and Gala Dinner.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
Payments are accepted via bank transfer or credit card. Detailed payment instructions are provided during the registration process.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellations received on or before July 31, 2026 will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the full registration fee, plus a € 20 processing fee and the applicable wire transfer or credit card charges (€ 30).
- Cancellations received on or before August 15, 2026 will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 75% of the full registration fee, plus a € 20 processing fee and the applicable wire transfer or credit card charges (€ 30).
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after August 16, 2026.
- All cancellation requests must be submitted, by email, to the Conference Organisation at icem2026@ubi.pt.
- The Conference Organising Committee shall not be held responsible for circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to weather conditions, public order issues, strikes, or similar events. No refunds will be granted in such cases. No reimbursement will be made for late arrival, unused services, unattended events, or early departure from the conference.
- The final decision regarding refunds is the sole responsibility of the conference organisers.
- All approved refunds will be processed after the conference has concluded.

NOTE 2: Full conference registration fees apply both to authors presenting accepted papers and to participants attending the conference without paper presentations.
